Very rarely the game will lock up when you turn on the lamp in the Spencer Room. Very rarely Barry won't give Jill the lockpick at the beginning of the game.
Randomizer only works for the version of Resident Evil that is on Steam, it does not work with cracked versions of the game.ĭog whistle doesn't work after beating Plant 42.Įlevators are sometimes in the wrong position after beating Lisa.īeing made to play as Rebecca can cause soft-locks in Chris runs, avoid triggering them.
There is a patch you need to install in order to prevent crashes with the enemy randomizer, download it *HERE* and place the contents of the nativePC folder inside the nativePC folder of your REmake installation.Īntiviruses / Windows Defender incorrectly marks the files as a virus, they are NOT! Feel free to send them to any antivirus company to get them checked out. I now also have a patreon! I could really use your support to continue working on this mod. Now playable as both Jill and Chris on Normal and Hard difficulty! optimizing it to run on various pcs will be key.I'm currently working on creating a randomizer mod for the game Resident Evil HD REMASTER on PC. Time will tell, but I doubt they will mess it up. Further improvements (more of a slight tweak) will be with the 1) ingame character models which seem to be being replaced by the higher poly cinematic model variants and 2) The original textures which (fortunately) where for the most part of a higher quality then the game could orignally display at the time, and they seem to be reworking/using filters to tweak those that fall short. Having said that, you can see when you look at these dolphin based screen shots that the pc version when finally released this early 2015, that it stands to look outstanding. The only real reason to compare images from dolphin, is to show a general approximation on how it could/would or will look like as a pc title. These kind of arguments make no sense, a true comparison is looking at the original source running on the intended hardware and then comparing that to the new rereleased console/pc versions. A emulator can upscale a game to a higher resolution and apply various filters when the original releases could do nothing of the sort. never understand why some people like to compare older games made to be played on older standard analog tvs by displaying images from a emulator to make a comparison. It's the new definite version and as my favorite game in the series, day 1 purchase for me. This new one has much more clarity and higher details.
No, Wii Dolphin version has got nothing on this. Now that it's finally going widescreen, they're upgrading textures to fit the widescreen better.
They're being remade because the original version had everything in 4:3, that's why they could never release a widescreen version for it on Wii. I wondered if they'll do a retail PC release in Europe like RE4 UHD?
Regardless, I'll preorder it just because of the REmake being on Steam is awesome in and of itself.
It's a shame the backgrounds aren't re-rendered in 1080p true widescreen instead of cropped.
Unfortunately the backgrounds are still upscaled 480p with perhaps some touchups here and there. İlk olarak MarkfromTheRoom tarafından gönderildi:Honestly, comparing Dolphin shots to what they've released the only real difference is the character models which look higher poly now.
